Federal Government To Pay Nigerians #10,500 Naira Each As Relief Package.

Federal Government has been contemplating whether to pay Nigerians or not due to the hike in price of food stuffs and other materials.

Ministers of the federation agreed that since billions of Naira has been budgeted to fight COVID -19 it is only fair to use the free donations, if not all for the stimulus package.

The National house of Assembly also deliberated on this some days ago before the in house meetings but the minister of information, culture and tourism Lai Muhammad said they haven't come to an agreement on that, when an AIT journalist questioned him on the rumour going round the country.

The Journalist also asked that if it is possible, what will be the requirements, how can Nigerians get paid of their relief package, Lai Muhammad then listed out some requirements.

According to him,

the individuals to recieve the stimulus package must be more than 18 years old.

Have a valid National ID or drivers license.

Own a bank account with BVN Number.

These were the basic requirements that was listed by Lai muhammad.
